SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Mr. Ham provides lawyers with legal ethics and risk management compliance advice and defends attorneys against State Bar disciplinary proceedings, professional malpractice and related claims, and legal fee disputes, as a partner at Pansky Markle Ham LLP.
